So, what exactly is depression?

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a
common but serious mood disorder. It can cause severe symptoms
that affect how people feel, think, and handle everyday activities,
such as sleeping, eating, or working. Generally, to receive a medical diagnosis of depression, the symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.

After working in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Educator for over 15 years, Julie embarked on a journey to develop her skill set so that she could take a more holistic approach to supporting her clients.
