So, what exactly is depression?

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a
common but serious mood disorder. It can cause severe symptoms
that affect how people feel, think, and handle everyday activities,
such as sleeping, eating, or working. Generally, to receive a medical diagnosis of depression, the symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.

With a background as a Personal Training Manager and Recruiter for an International leader in the Fitness Industry, Julie developed a passion for researching and developing integrative techniques to assist her clients to achieve their goals, both physically and psychologically. Furthering her education to include qualifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching has enabled Julie to take a more holistic approach to supporting her clients through periods of change, assisting them to recognise and eliminate self-defeating habits and behavioural patterns and enjoy a restored sense of clarity and motivation.
